OUR MISSION
​Inspired by the life of the late Balin Miller, The Balin Scott Miller Foundation provides grants for essential climbing gear to children, teens, and young adults. Through our dedicated funds, we honor Balin's passion for climbing and outdoor adventure and his belief that every young person with the desire to climb should have the opportunity to experience it.​

The foundation offers an opportunity for visitors to donate in support of initiatives that reflect Balin’s values and passions. Your contribution helps provide financial assistance to children and young adults in need. Every gift, no matter the size, supports our programs, helps us share information about our organization, and allows us to organize fundraisers that strengthen our mission. WE PROVIDE
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Balin Scott Miller Foundation is dedicated to honoring the memory of Balin Miller, a passionate alpinist who left a remarkable legacy in the world of climbing. There will be two grants offered. The Orange Tent Guy Grant and the "To Be Fair" Balin Shoe Grant. Both will provide children and young adults with financial assistance to help access essentials for climbing when cost would otherwise be a burden.
